Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 June 2026
This policy explains what Aptelle ("we", "us") collects and how we handle it. Aptelle is pre-launch, so today this site mainly collects waitlist sign-ups.
What we collect
- The email address you submit to the waitlist.
- Basic, non-identifying technical data your browser sends to our hosting and network providers (such as IP address and request logs), used for security and reliability.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to tell you when early access opens and to send occasional updates about Aptelle. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Waitlist entries are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore). The site is delivered through GitHub Pages and Cloudflare. Acknowledgement and update emails may be sent through a third-party email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or until we decide it is no longer needed for the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.
Children
Aptelle is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product grows. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
